Harshad Dharod is the founder, CEO, and President of Silver Star Real Estate company. A restaurant industry veteran, Mr. Harshad Dharod, started acquiring multifamily properties in 2006 and has acquired more than 100 franchisee store locations. His leadership continues to be the cornerstone of our foundation and has led to the company’s outstanding performance.

Shan Dharod is the Principal and Chief Administrative Officer of Silver Star Real Estate. He is responsible for managing daily operations and implementing company strategy.

Sunny Dharod is the COO and Head of Real Estate. He joined the real estate division in 2013 and started out by managing one 32 unit property in Buena Park. Over a two year span Sunny was able to get a firm grasp on multifamily operations, renovations and financing. By 2015 Sunny had made the transition to head of multifamily acquisitions dispositions and financing and was able to double the portfolio in size within 5 years. Today Sunny is head of the real estate department and is involved in every facet of the business, a portfolio approaching almost $1B in asset value that spans across the United States.

Ben Zandi is the Group President & Board member. He results-driven C-Suite with a proven 20+ year record of achievement in directing operational/financial strategy, growth, and the management of companies ranging from start-ups to a publicly traded multibillion-dollar corporation. He has been a driving force behind startups, business turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and industry reinvention. He takes an active role in reimaging investment opportunities to deliver the highest returns and new levels of customer experience.

John Fox has several years of experience in investment strategy and advises on significant decisions.

Alex Kalinsky is the Director of Transactions, providing support for due diligence activities across all functional areas.

Andre is our Regional Acquisitions Director, responsible for asset management and expansion of the company’s California portfolio. His support has led to continued growth in newer regions.

Pranay is our Chief Financial Officer. He is a seasoned finance leader with nearly two decades of experience in strategic business planning, fundraising, and cross-border compliance across the USA, India, Canada, and the UK. Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional specializing in process automation and financial controls.
